the dvx book is imposible to buy it from my country; >:( Colombia, ??? even my credit card it doesn´t work using a friend in USA, how can I do to have this book because I need it to used my camera at the highest level?

The purchase methods are typically to send paypal or a money order or Western Union wire transfer. However there's now a new option, you can order it from Abel Cine Tech at http://www.abelcine.com. Maybe you can call them and make arrangements, maybe they can process your credit card?
