The Digital Revolution Will Fail

Distribution and everything else goes hand in hand. If you don't have anything great to begin with, then you can't expect any form of distribution to help.

There are a lot of terrible movies that are released, they've got the one thing we all don't have: money. So, if you want to compete, you just have to spend the other form of money: time.

If you have a great concept, a script that's been polished as much as a Wall Street trader's wing-tips, and above average execution your chances of recieving a distribution deal are tripled.

Notice I didn't say ORIGINAL concept, I said great. And notice I didn't say PERFECT execution, I said above average. Average being the current slew of micro film productions swarming the "industry".

Just have to try harder, man.
