I remember not so long ago when this forum was constantly bombarded with questions and debates anout adaptors. People would post pictures of their rigs as adaptors semmed to be the digital cinema revolution. Then came DSLR and it started with Philip Bloom and others turning away from adapters and never mentionning them again. Then came the Zacuto Camera shootout which did not even include adaptors in their tests. Now come the AF100 and the F3 which are at the forefront of all attention. This seems to be the end of this forum. One rarely sees any questions regarding adaptors and certainly nobody discusses them any more. Occasionnaly we see a rookie asking basic questions but all the veterans are gone. That is unfortunate as I believe adaptors will still serve all those who want that vintage look and/or who don't want to spend 10,000 Euros on an F3. But times change... don't they? Hard to believe a year and a half ago this was the hottest forum around.
