Is anyone in seattle upset about this?
I just think the shenanigans that the new owner and David Stern have pulled in that city has to be as near to the high-crime of treason as we have seen the North Stars were yanked from Minnesota.
I know that Seattle has die-hard Sonics fan that are having their heart torn out right now and I think this would be an exceptional time from some of the Seattle-ites on the board to get out their dvx's and start documenting this mayhem.
I understand that sports are not a huge concern for the average filmmaker but this just seems like a story that needs to be told. I still remember being a kid in Illinois and watching the 1996 NBA Finals. I hated Shawn Kemp and Gary Payton more than anything because...well they were almost as good as Michael but, to think that same franchise is now being ripped out of its home.
Its a terrible thing....terrible.
