I had a chance to see an episode this evening, and I was struck by the cinematography. Would anyone know what camera is used to film this?

I don't watch the show. The characters haven't jumped out at me in a way to make me invest my time and so far, the story doesn't actually appeal to me. However, I did catch the end part of an episode shot in an underground train tunnel/station, and inside/outside a carnival tent at night, and I thought the shots taken were very nice. Some of the shallow depth of field shots made me wonder what camera lens/system was used. The cinematographer seems to be doing the best he/she can with the story given. Without knowing or following the story at all, several of those shots do make me want to see the next episode, if only to watch the credits and find out more about the systems used.

watched the first 3 episodes, didn't really hook me. thought the guy playing the cape was came off as a wuss. as far as what camera, not a clue. but its not the camera....

I think it was shot on a red one, not sure if it was the M sensor or MX. Not even sure if red was the main camera, though I'm sure someone with IMDB pro will step in and give you the answer.

Don't know about the A Cam, but looks like they may use a DSLR for some B cam, since The Cape is featured on a site selling PL mounts for DSLRS.
