The Britek breakdown. Which light is what?

I scrapped the lowel idea in order to toss some money at a set of Briteks. But im stumped on how they have their product line setup. On briteklight.com they have the following models:
G200, G300, GY650, RS800, and RS1000

Whats the difference between the RS800 and GY650 models? They both say "650watts" under the specs. And are the G200 and 300 bodies any different? Is it just the bulb thats changed? I noticed the G300 can fit a softbox but the 200 cant.

No phone contact info. Do they only go through email?

Im wondering if there is a physical size difference between these lights. I just want a 150, 300, 650, and a 1k But it looks like the RS800 model is nicer than the GY650. The briteklight.com help line didnt help at all...in fact none of them spoke decent english so we went nowhere.

Ross usually returns emails pretty quick. It's been a while since I looked at their lamps, but I believe a few of them are able to hold different lamps, giving you multiple output options. Believe me, a few Briteks will be on my list of things to get.

Ok the britek guy got back to me (the non english speaking one).

He said the G200 and 300 models are different in size (the 300 is physically bigger). The GY650 and RS800 models are different as well. The GY650 is smaller physically and the RS model is closer to the 1k. The reason they list it as 650watts is because they are out of 800 watt bulbs.

Thus it seams the G200 (with a 150watt bulb), a G300, GY650, and a RS1000 would be a good setup. I want something similar to my softbank IV which has a 150, 300, 650, and 1k arri fresnels.

Hows that sound?
