I heard about this on NPR. They had an interview with the filmmakers and the film sounds amazing.

Yeah... I saw it on Dateline awhile back. My only issue's are that the guy (Eric Steel) says he and all his crew would call security if they saw anything that looked like it may be a suicide jumper. Well, they taped one guy walking back and forth on the bridge for over 90 minutes, then he jumped.
He was a long haired "rocker" type dude, and he was pacing the bridge for 90 minutes. That sounds like fishy behavior, and the crew did nothing to stop him.
