What is the best dolly tutorial out there, I am going to start a project on building one this weekend with my paps. I went to this forum and just saw tons of links going to many different ones. I just wanna know which is the best one to pursue. Also I am going to build a Glidecam aka steadicam aka stabilizer. Hopefully one that is pretty similar to what you spend tons! of money on, if someone could throw me a link on which on is the best to pursue for that, that would be amazing!

which witch is the witch *****? there is no best, many dollies out there, in type and quality, track doorway, tripod, slider, wheelchair, shopping cart, you name it.

I guess that was a pretty broad question, thank you for trying you best though.

what are your needs, you need smooth over a rough area, if so you need a track, you need a very slow dolly like shot tha only moves a couple feet over time, you need a slider, if your in a studio, or other smooth areas, then something like a doorway will work, the cool thing about doorways is many of them are built or can be adapted to also work on tracks,
