The best way to deinterlace 60i video in FCP

Hi,guys, I have a footage from DVX 100 which is 60I .What is the best way to do deinterlacing with in FCP ..?
1.Inside FCP ,which plugin gives the best results..???
2.Using Compressor at the final stage....???
Does it matter if you deinterlace before Color correction or after..???

The final output is for the web probably size of 320 by 240.

The best quality is in Compressor at the very end, with all of the settings cranked up to best.
