Some people are freaked out by blood or scared of needles. I am so freakin squeemish of broken limbs. lol The kid was funny though, but man...breaking my arm/leg like that is probably one of my worst fears:shocked:

I'd enjoy watching morons injure themselves much more if they didn't use the ****ing fisheye lens 24/7. What's with that? Is it some sort of stoner law or something?

With a fisheye lens the filmer can get right under the rail the skater is grinding. What I don't get is why they always use a VX1000, vx2000. or a gl2 to film. Why not a DVX?
 
gl2s are so freakin hardcore though.
I've been doing a documentary at a church, and I've been using my gl to shoot the river baptism scenes. And I feel fearless in that river with the sweeping currents up to my shoulders holding my unprotected gl1 (not quite confident enough to risk the gl2)

My DVX is king, my gl2 is queen, and my gl1 is the ruddy lil prince.

And it never ceases to look amazing on frame mode. It's no 24P, but it's got a very entrancing look to it.
