Any one know of any good ones. I have an HVX but theres just way too much noise. I need to find a plugin that will help reduce or get rid of it. Any suggestion?

Thanks

How are you viewing your footage? Unless you're doing allot of low light stuff, the noise shouldn't be a big deal.
Play back your footage on a quality HDTV and then decide if it's to noisy. When I first played back some footage with the QuickTime PLayer, I thought it looked horrible. I hooked up my laptop to my HDTV and the image quality was stunning.
