The best DVD Training set?

OK I am a complete novice with After Effects. I have just purchased a copy of AE7 and am determined to master it as quickly as possible.

But I need somewhere to start. I find DVD tutorials far better than books, so which DVD tutorial is best for a begginer?

CBT? Total Training? Lynda.com? A.N.Other?

Let me know your thoughts. There seem to be quite a few on Ebay, but loking at the chapter names it seems some are more advanced than others. Need one to give the grand tour of the program, different windows, what each thing does etc, so I have a basic understanding before ploughing into lessons.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Total Training--completely worth the money and you can sell it in 5 seconds once you're done with it. I have the excellent Trish and Chris Meyer books, but TT takes it to another level.

All the beginner AE artists that we hire all have to complete the TotalTraining course to get up to speed. It's actually good for beginner and advanced users since it covers such a wide gamut.

do you know google's site? ;)

http://www.totaltraining.com/

Yeah, but if someone has it in their head--several have mentioned it--it is a courteous gesture to just put it up.

I understand not wanting to do everyone else's work for them, but sometimes--like here--it is just nice. I don't think it was inappropriate for Tim to have asked in this context.
