The Benchwarmers

Looks funny... gunna see it tomorrow probably, maybe for a laugh or two.

The kid who plays the main mean bully was in a short film I was involved with a few years ago, and I edited his demo reel for him. He got a good role from it!! :)

From what I've seen in the preview it looks like the worst of all worlds. I can't believe people find these three guys funny.

Another dismal looking comedy.

The fact there was no advanced screening for critics means this probably will be as terrible as it looks. But no doubt people will see it because of Heder.

I haven't seen it and will wait for it to come on DVD, but my general opinion on it is that it is one of those films that had all the funny moments in the preview. If I wanted a good preview then I would just watch the trailer for Mr. Hudson's favorite film, Pearl Harbor.

I saw it, liked it, laughed, and best of all...it was exactly what I was expecting. If your brand of humour can encompass descriptions like "remedial" and "base", and you like fart jokes and can laugh at nose pickin, then this is a good movie for you. If not, then stay far far away. :)

Beef stew!

two months ago, i was offered the opportunity to cut the 'outtakes' montage for the end credits for 'benchwarmers'. i flat-out turned them down.

There were funny moments in the preview? Which rampant "nerds v. jocks" sports cliche in that 30 seconds of dreck had you laughing?
