The battery runs only about 50 Minutes?

I thought the battery was more or less full, but I don't think I ever reached 50 Minutes. How much run time do you get out of the included battery?

Just some general info on Li-Ion batteries: if the battery is BRAND NEW, you will find that it will reach maximum capacity only after a few cycles of discharge/charge.

And what is the maximun capacity? I thought, this only applies to NiMh.

I know, but even a new one should run longer than 48 Minutes. Maybe the display is just wrong, as I have never run down the battery.

Maybe you're looking at how many minutes are left on your tape?

Correct -- the battery display is the icon. The tape (or P2) time remaining is the number.

Correct. Sadly, there is no numerical representation of how much longer the battery will last. The number directly to the left of the battery indicator is the recording time left.

I found this annoying at first, but once I got used to it, it was no big deal.
