I think it's one of those everybody-remembers-where-they-were moments, like the attack on Pearl Harbor or the murder of John F. Kennedy.*





*well, people old enough to have been around when those things happened, that is...

Yeah, I think the Challenger explosion was the most iconic video moment of that generation, which was only supplanted by 9/11.

And I was on an airplane.

When Pearl Harbour came out, I was up here working on a film with Rob Lowe and Sam Neil.
Some of us in the crew, Rob and Sam, and their assistants went out to see it, and all the American crew - including Rob and Sam - walked out in the middle of it.
