Point noted!:)

It's only there for aesthetics--for the un-initiated (ie. my wife, family members, etc.). I use a boom/field mic & wireless set-up for film projects.

It's silly, but I feel kind of complete now with this whole DVX thing.

BTW, Barry--the first thing I did after my DVX arrived in FEB was read your book. Did it again a few weeks ago, and it's amazing how much my understanding increased the second time around (having an established baseline knowledge). Thanks, again--

Hey, kyle, could you put up some figures on the total costs and the mic you got? I might be in the market for a nice get up if i win the lottery anytime soon...Or save up
