TFT Touch Screen LCD for field monitor?

I know DIY/cheap monitors have been discussed to death on here so I apologize if this has already been discussed, but I could not find anything specific to these style of units in the search.

Anybody have any thoughts on/experiences with using a cheap touch screen car-monitor style LCD for an external monitor (mostly just for jib framing purposes, etc.)? My dream would be somebody coming up with a solution for the iPad but until then...something like this for under $200 sounds too good to be true:

It has HDMI in and a SKS input that can apparently be used for AV/VGA input. Looks to me like it would work, but can't find any reviews online (which usually means TGTBT).
