Text Shifts?

When editing on Final Cut Pro, the text will often shift. It normally does this when I apply a dissolve or a fade. It'll either shift or blur when the transition starts. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Maybe you are watching it in low quality... Render it, set the RT set up to High quality(on timeline) and watch it...

It's set on a high quality and when it prints it to tape, the problem prints with it.
