Text Mask Overlay in DVD Architect Error

I use DVD Architect 4.0 and have tried a few different times to utlize the "Text mask overlay" feature under the Highlight option. Every time I do this, it works great in the DVD Architect preview, but always fails once I burn and try it on a DVD player (the overlay is never the same size as the text, creating a bothersome unsynched shadow effect...it makes the text practically unreadable.)

The first time I did this, I had made the text a custom size of 17. I got the error and deduced you probably have to use one of their preset font sizes. So then I tried 16. It had the exact same error.

Anyone know what could be up with this?

Ah, that is exactly the situation. 16x9 DVD, 4:3 set. Don't suppose you know of any workaround or fix. Tex mask overlay is the only option I think looks classy.

Make the text (number of letters and words) shorter; make the text bigger (or smaller, as the case may be); have fewer buttons on that horizontal line.
