Text Effect Help

Does anyone know how to do this effect or how to get this color? Also does anyone know what font he used? Thanks to whoever can help

use the color picker to pick the color out of the image

go to dafont.com to find the font

what effect are you referring to? There is a glow, and a sort of scanline effect that doesn't affect everywhere, you could use fractal noise set to make big squares blocking out a scanline amask or something to mimic that look

it looks like a text created in a 3D app with alpha. Imported into AE and applied a trapcode SHINE plug-in.

The font is Bank Gothic. Type your text out in AE, apply the glow effect, change the settings to "AB Colors", set one to white and the other to that brownish orange. The scanline effect is probably applied as a track matte on a separate layer seeing how it looks likes it moves. Google "scanline" effect for Photoshop, there's plenty of them and can be translated to AE pretty easily.
