well seems after the high end mount and bbg, the oktava is too much, akg ck93 is out whats the most passible mic i could get that gets me by in the interior for booming and possibly outdoors that wont break the bank

Honestly, IMHO, you really can't get good, decent audio for much cheaper than the mics you've already listed if trying to buy brand new. Perhaps if you scour the Marketplace here, eBay, Craigslist, and other sites, you may run across some good used deals.

Keep your eyes open and good luck!!!

No matter what mic you find, you're going to need a shockmount and some sort of wind protection, so you may as well figure the cost of that first. If your budget doesn't allow for the accessories AND a decent mic, then you're better off renting for the time being.

As Jordan said, any mic you get that you're going to put on a boom will require a shock mount - that just comes with the territory. And it doesn't depend on the mic quality or price - my $2000 Schoeps CMC641 is just as sensitive to handling noise as is the Oktava, if not more so. You don't need a BBG for interiors unless the boom op is really whipping the pole around, the normal foam windscreen that comes with the mic will suffice. Outdoors, again, any mic you get at any price is going to require a wind screen, not just the inexpensive mics. There too, it's just as much as required part of the kit as is the cable to connect it to your recorder.

FYI, $70 for the Rycote InVision is not a "high-end" mount. High-end would be something like the Cinela Osix at $300 a pop or the Rycote modular suspension at about $325 (add the Zepplin windscreen and it goes up to $700).
