Tell us how you became a professional filmmaker

I've been trying to find new ways to kiss arse, if anyone has any suggestions let me know.
To be honest........it's probably comments like these that discourage anyone from engaging your services.

To be looked at as a professional, you first have to show yourself to be one. Granted, I do not know how you are in real life, and how you interact with others on a day-to-day basis. But the way you come across on this board sometimes is a less than desirable trait for anyone considering bringing you in on a project. I could be wrong.........but I suspect this is a major reason you are not getting work.

That is me being honest and up front with you. You don't need to kiss anything to get work. You need to be and show people you are a professional, or at least strive to be one - by acting like one, and that is how you will get the life experience and opportunities to back it up.

I was taught this at an early age by a mentor:
"have the attitude, morality, and mentality of the person you want to be, live your life accordingly, and you will become that person."
That was awesome advice, and I follow it to this day. So now.....I am giving you that same advice.
