This is our chance Sony is finally asking how we use Vegas Pro and What we would like enhanced.... Speak out now so version 12 will be even better. It was a good survey and finally Sony is reaching out to us.

One of my feature enhancements is ProRes support both input and output.

Sorry I thought I could share the link but it was sent to registered individuals that are on Sony's email list and only worked once per person. Check your email for the survey link or email Sony and request a link to the survey.

The ability to darken the interface even more, much like Adobe. It's a pain switching between Vegas and AE in a dark room

Support for BM hyperdeck DNxHD codec, and posibility to export XML project files for daVinci Resolve..

Another great feature would be to have a shortcut key dedicated to importing files, saving you having to open up the file menu and importing it from there.

Wish they'd undo the stabilization plugin changes made from 10 to 11. 10 was fantastic. Much less customization in 11...

They really need to get Red Giant to port their entire suite to Pro 11 as soon as possible. If movement doesn't happen by this summer I am seriously considering grabbing Adobe and jumping ship.

Id like them to add the sequece feature like in fcp, just tab between projects to better organize.

I´m still using 10, I didn´t find any of the changes in 11 to be good, it almost felt like a step backwards. And it´s a pity because on every release the program has been getting better and better.
They just need to add full EDL support and OMF export. And done.

Can someone email this to them?

More elaborate gpu support for encoding, maybe support multiple video cards in one machine. I love Vegas 11's gpu encoding support it saves me countless hours every day, but I wish they would take it even further if they could.
