Does anyone know of a telescope like effect for Premiere - something to make it seem the camera is looking into something circular?. Im thinking of literally just placing a circle around the subject and then blurring the edges Thanks
You pretty much have it. Just a circular mask to block out everything but the scopes view. Then, if it's a comedy, you add a second one as somebody else uses a telescope too.
