Technicolor Cinestyle LUT for Canon DSLR Footage - Problems using it in CS4

Has anyone had any luck using the Technicolor Cinestyle LUT in Adobe Premiere CS4? I have no problems using the LUT file labled "S-curve_for_CineStyle.mga" in After Effects CS4, but nothing happens in Premiere CS4. I've watched a few tutorial vids and noticed folks loading a file titled "S-curve_for_CineStyle.lut" into Premiere.

But, I think Technicolor has since updated the LUT file available for download. Would anyone know where to find this .lut file or how to work out this issue with Premiere Pro CS4???

LUT Buddy really slows down my system, which is no slouch. I prefer using a LUT preset (downloaded from Tim Kang's website). Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to load an .mga file into CS5.5 either.
