technical treatment

Hi folks, I've been commisioned to direct a music video for a very large company here in Canada. They'd like me to write a technical treatment, which is something I've never done before. This involves anything technical in regards to the production (production format, lenses, camera angles, effects etc).

Has anyone ever done one of these before and if so, could you give me a little advice on how to write one?
