Hi,
Just wondering if there's any way to get the technical info, such as sound levels, iris, zebra, timecode, etc. to show up in an external monitor with the dvx-100b. I haven't bought one yet, and I'm trying to find out if that is an option before I do.
I'm working handheld with a shoulder mount and a 35mm adapter, so the on board monitor isn't really an option in a run and gun situation. For the documentary project I'm working on I generally work as a one man crew, so it would be very nice to be able to monitor that info, most importantly sound levels, in an external monitor.
I'm actually surprised I haven't seen this addressed before, with all the photos I see of handheld rigs with external monitors.
