Got a tc7 monitor with camera connection kit. Does any one know how to plug this thing in.

Plug yellow male RCA connector from monitor to yellow female RCA jack video-in on the camera.

Does anyone here know if this monitor flips the picture upside down by pressing a button?

No, no flip with little button, you have to install upside down.
