Tascam DR100 with good neck mics?

Hi-
i tend to do narrative work with my GH2.
i just need to decide on a decent sound configuration, with wishing i could do most of it
by myself, and if possible cut down on soundman.
is it possible to get decent results for good dialog with a DR100 and good budget neck mic bundle?
remember, my goal is budget and smallest crew possible.
if the answer is affirmative, can you recommend on good wireless neck mic bundle ?

would this consider to be and overkill skipping an external recorder and use it directly into cam ?
can you link me to some test footage done this way with any dslr or mft ?

but if matching audio from external recorder is a big hassle, can i use a wireless direct to camera (GH2) and get away with it ? (or is this considered a no-go ?)
i guess i'll need a mixer for monitoring and headphones
 
Roei, I suggest you spend an afternoon reading thru this forum, and searching for specific topics. There is a wealth of information here, enough to fill many books that I would buy. If, after reading thru the last 3 months worth of posts, you still have specific questions, then by all means, ask away. And by the way, synching audio to image is not a "big hassle". It's done everyday, in most every film studio, edit suite, and post audio studio. Synching sound is a very basic skill in the filmaking process.

Here is part 6 of a great series of tests on recorders and going straight into the DSLR. It looks like the Juicedlink into the camera would be pretty clean, however the juicedLink going into the DR100 would be better than putting a lav (neck mic?) straight into the recorder. The JuicedLink is active, and adds gain. When you have more gain, you can turn your record volume down, resulting in LESS NOISE. That's what we're after - less noise. Like I said, this is just the last video, but go to Jon's vimeo page and watch all of these.

a big downside for using with GH2 - no earphone output :(
and the juicedling doesn't have one either. i can split the output but not so comfortable.
maybe i can tweak the camera AV output just for sound reference ?
