Tascam DR-60d or DR-100 MKii

I'm looking to get a recorder for shorts and web videos shooting on a dslr and was wondering if anyone had any opinions on the sound quality of the DR-60d vs the DR-100mkII. Mostly I"m wondering if the preamps on the mkII are as clean as the 60d. If they are, I can get a dr100mkii in good condition for $200 vs the $350 new for the 60d
 
Form factor is probably more important, they are very different in that regard. Likely they are close in performance given similar pricing from Tascam, though I am unaware of any side by side testing.
