I just got my Tascam DR-100 mk II , I'm trying to update to the latest firmware , yet I got (error product) message when holding menu/enter !!
I'm using AA battery no charger yet .
Any help please
I think the quickest way for you to solve this issue is to read the manual if you have not done so, and then contact Tascam for support. This is the kind of thing their support is for, and they will also want to know about problems with their software.
