Target Window will NOT show in Compressor

This must sound retarded but I've tried repeatedly to figure out where this window has hidden (or how to unhide this window)... Under TARGETS everything is grey.

I'm using Final Cut Suite 2
I'll start at the beginning... In FCP, I scroll down to export and use Compressor..
Compressor opens... everything is normal, except there's NO target window. I've tried different projects ectera. I must have done something to hide this Target window.

Which one do you mean by the "target" window?

I have Preview, Batch, Inspector, and Presets. Any/all of these can be summoned at will from the "Window" entry in the menu bar.
 
Which window has the SUBMIT button.. I'm probably calling it the wrong thing. I can't submit anything, but all the other windows show (like Preview) shows the project has been sent from FCP. I just opened up Compressor without exporting anything, and the window with the Submit button didn't show. It's like I hit the hide function.
