Tape Help

I've been using nothing but Panasonic brand mini dv tapes with my HVX.

I have a shoot on Saturday and just realized I've run out of tapes.

I don't have time to order genuine Panasonic brand and I am going to need to pick up something from a local store like best buy or circuit city.

I've heard that it can be bad to mix tape brands in your camera.

Is there another brand that is fairly similar to Panasonic like JVC or Sony that I should be looking for?

MQ's are dry lubricant, and I don't think any other tape stock is similar to them. I would run a head cleaner tape through the camera before switching tape stock. I would just pick up some Sony tape stock. And then run the cleaner tape through the camera before switching back to MQ's.

So you think this would be an ok choice? IS DVC just their low end mini dv tape?

surely someone can Fedex tape overnite? I would find that preferable to mixing tapes.
