Talent Release Forms

I'll be at AMGEN Tour of California (similar to Tour de France) this February and a major brand wants me to shoot video of the event. I'll be conducting interviews and etc. Instead of asking people to sign individual talent release forms, can I provide a 10-second clip of the individual stating, "I'm aware that Toyota may use this video for online distribution, etc." before I interview them?

The event is very hectic and I'll be doing a lot of run-and-gun. Getting individuals to sign individual forms will be a HUGE hassle.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Check out the threads under Filmmaking>Documentary. There is quite a bit of recent discussion about Release forms. You should always ask a lawyer about your specific situation though!
