Taking a pic. from sequence and saving to iphoto

I want to put some pictures of a shoot on myspace, anyone know how to do this? Do I make freeze frames? I don't know where to begin.
 
Park your playhead on the frame you want then File->Export->QT Conversion. Under "format" choose "still image" and use the "options" button to set the parameters you want.
