Okay, I'm getting close to outputting my first rough cut. I can't seem to figure out how to shrink down the HD 1.85 Quicktime (Shot on HVX-200 in 1080 24p) into a NTSC DV file to burn to 4:3 standard definition DVD. Could anyone tell me how to get the appropriate matte on the HD? Do I just go out to NTSC DV Anamorphic? I would like to author a 4:3 safe DVD too.
