Hope someone can help on this site weirdness.

(Occurring on only one of my three computers for which I access this site...)

When I open DVXUSER FORUM the "Whats goin On" section (Currently Active Users, Birthdays, Statistics) opens at the top of the screen obscuring most of the Camera section.

When I shut it off...it goes to the bottom of the forum (where it sits on my other computers and where I prefer it).

If I browse the site and return to any of the Forum Tabs...the section is again at the top obscurring Camera section again!

I have tried resaving the site link with section closed etc...but it continues to mis-function as described!

Any ideas?

I believe I know what you are talking about.

If you have JavaScript enabled, the forum list (due to its size) will not be displayed until fully downloaded, making the rest of the Web page (the info sections, like "What's Going On", included) show up much faster. If your computer is slow or if your Internet Explorer is old and buggy or if your Internet connection is choppy, the delay can be significant. In your case, the delay is probably not that long. It looks like your Internet Explorer probably cannot finish the JavaScript script, making the delay end with a messy result. Try to disable JavaScript, try to reinstall/upgrade/update your Internet Explorer, or try to download/use a different Web browser (like Firefox or Opera), and see if you are happy with the final result.
