t2i videos out of sync a tiny bit after being converted to mp4s on premiere cs5/5.5

[saint seiya]

I noticed that there is a tiny out of sync audio issue with the videos im editing with cs5 and cs5.5. , has anyone had issues with this before?

For me, work's fine, i tested t2i and 5D footage. My Premiere is updated.

why dont you use the .mov files and edit straight from those works perfect for me
