Hi,
I'm using imovie to edit a short script and will be capturing second system audio and syncing it up. The only way I can figure to do it is to open each clip up as its own project, sync using the clapper, detach the camera audio and save it as a movie, then reimport it. Seems like a long process.
I think I'm also going to try a good mic on the camera and use the camera sound wherever possible. I purchased a Zoom H4N before I realized what I needed was the auto gain defeating Beach Tech device.
This is a project for my job and will be seen by a lot of people so I am interested in making it as professional as possible.
I think after I ad a track of room noise the two mikes may not be all that discernible?
Any input would be helpful.
