I was having a problem with Vocalign Pro causing Pro Tools to hang at start up with Windows 7 64 bit. I emailed Synchro Arts about my problem and over the course of 4 days emailing back and forth, they SOLVED IT.
They didn't say, "It's a Pro Tools problem. Call Avid." They didn't ignore my emails after re-installing Vocalign didn't work. They asked me to send them information, they had me test different solutions,and they worked with me to ACTUALLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM!
Today, they had me download a new version of Vocalign (version 4.1.3 for Windows) and it worked just as it's supposed to. Kudos to them.
I'm telling everyone I can about their great service. I couldn't think of a better place to post this here.
