synching audio , bit of a prob with cs4

so i got this short film, dubbed with the audio from my mic but the audio is slightly off by less than half of a sec in the final product, its killing me trying to synch this with my mouse because it shifts the audio too much to the right or left so is there a easy way to move the audio just a tiny bit?

Pressing + and - on the keyboard will zoom in and out of the timeline until you can move the audio frame by frame.

ALT+Left/Right. For very precise nudging set timeline to Audio Units.
