Sync Problem in Motion/FCP...

Okay, so I have two clips, shot against a green screen, that I have imported into Motion as separate projects. The raw clips are fine, but one of the clips, after having DV Matte Pro and a Bezier Mask applied to it in Motion, is out of sync by a few frames - in Motion and FCP...the audio and video clips are still lined up in the FCP timeline, but something isn't right.

Has anyone else seen anything like this? I'm re-rendering right now, but maybe a reboot is in order...
Anyone?

How do you mean? Can't you just nudge it in the timline? Maybe the FCP sequence frame rate and your motion project don't match...

Yeah, I nudged it, but why should that happen? I deleted the motion project and started over from scratch and now the clip is in sync again.
