Switching characters in Gorilla

I'm doing a breakdown for a feature in Gorilla (not my script), and one of the characters switches names about halfway through (He's a guy the characters keep referring to by one name in the beginning, but when you see him he goes by another name until -Dum DA DUMMM- you find out that he's the guy they are talking about.) The beginning of the script has him referred to by the first name and the rest has him by the second name. Do I need to switch that in the script to get a single breakdown for the character, or can I switch it in Gorilla?
