Suspension arm for mic stand

I'm looking for a suspension arm that screws onto a standard 5/8 mic stand, but all I can find are the table clamp kind.

I don't need an entire stand as I have one. Should look like this:

Many of the table-clamp types I've seen double as mic stand mounts. Pull it out of the clamp and there's ascrew thread. At least on the units I have.

Jim: Great selection but prices are a little steep for my wallet. Thank you though. Going to file it as a resource.
Mitch: Do you happen to know the brand? Looking at photos, I figured that was possible but it's hard to tell in some of the photos and there aren't any photos which show them on a stand.

How about a simple screw down mic mount flange and gooseneck.

Thought about that, but my mic may weight down and weaken the gooseneck and I'd just end up replacing it. I have a mic arm, but like the flexibility of the scissor arm. I'm surprised scissor arms don't have, mention or show this option. What did people mount these on before they had tabletop C clamps? Or were they always tabletop C clamps?

They would mount the scissor arms to a weighted base, just like one would a table lamp.
