That's alright booggerg. Premiere users have a love-hate relationship with it. Personally, I feel that the crashes are due to poor memory mangement. PS goes poof when I open too many files, and I'll bet that similar problems manifest themselves in Premiere. Pro is supposed to be a total re-write. We'll, or should I say I'll see.

cha cha premier sucks donkey. all it took was one night of a long edit without save (my fault) and a crash for me to toss it out the window.

For all you Premiere haters, It appears to be almost certain that Pro will support 24pA.

Way at the bottom, it state that AE 6.0 will support it, so......

Now, if memory management is solved, I'll be happy. I cannot afford not to try it, as it will just be an upgrade for me.

On the Adobe user to user forum, someone on the design team showed up and said they WOULD support 24pA, just not immediately upon release; may take a little while (which won't help me, as Sundance deadline is Sept 12th!)
