I still go to mcdonalds ('cause I havent seen the doc yet ) but every time I eat there I feel dirty. And the sad thing is my cooking skills are terrible so most of the time its off to mcdonalds... I hope seeing the doc will convince me otherwise, then I can save more money!
I wasn't impressed by the quality of the footage in that movie. I think I remember thinking it looked like video.
They did make McDonalds look gross. I wonder if McDonalds tried to buy the film off of them and destroy it like William Randolf Hurst did with Citizen Kane? Probably not because that would have given it even more publicity.

i've heard that the director changed the name of his production firm from whatever it was to "freedom of speech", so when McDonalds would think to sue him, it will look like "McDonalds vs Freedom of Speech"
.. anyway, the film is out and McDonalds, one week before the premiere, magically started their "health campaign"...

Unfortunately, I have found that buying good for you food is often way more expensive than fast food. I recommend "Fat Land: How Americans became the fattest people in the world" (or some subtitle like that), as well as "Fast Food Nation" if you want to get freaked out about the fast food industry. Since reading those books and seeing Supersize Me, I've really tried to stop eating fast food, and I've even switched from diet sodas to water.
I did eat at Wendy's on Sunday night tho (12midnight coming back from a concert, no way I'm going to cook). Having them hold the mayo made me feel a little bit better at least.
