Sin City? I'm not a big RR fan, but Sin City is one of the worst? I find that hard to believe, but if that's your opinion thatz cool.
But Troy and Alexander are probably the worst films I've ever seen. But there is actually such a long list of sucky films out there I'm not sure where to begin.
