Super-wide Angle Lens for DVX-100A

I have a DVX-100AP and wanted to know if anyone knows or has come across a good super-wide zoom lens that is obviously adjustable to various zoom lengths and that fit on the DVX. I don't really even care about it being motorized--I just want the effect to be in camera and not in post production!



My biggest concern is that I want a lens that can zoom to something like 8mm to give a really distorted super-wide angle look--almost like a fisheye but without the spherize edges.



Let me know if there are any parameters I have left out.

Century makes some great zoom thru wide angle lenses, the widest is a .7 On the widest setting, it can look slightly distorted.

But if you want a fish-eye wide angle lens that you can zoom through, I think you may be asking too much from the world of optics... the quality of the image will just start to fall apart.
