Super Slow Motion in FCP 5

I have FCP 5 installed on my iMac and am wondering how to get the smoothest and slowest motion possible. I want the speed to be around 20%. On my DVX, should I shoot 30p or 60i? What shutter speed?

Um yeah please no support for pirated software here. If you have FCP legally you have Motion, it's really that simple.
