Super settings for QT Pro ?

Any one know any good settings for the Quicktime Pro 7.0 ?

I ran into this one and it's really good

h.264 + aac is the way to go.

Tried and true...

File-Export Quicktime Conversion...

Broadband High -- Options... change size to taste... remember to fix it to 16:9 HERE if you are working with anamorphic material.
